Fyntage Return, Exchange & Repair Policy
Return Policy – Standard Items
We offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery for unused, non-custom items. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@fyntage.com within 7 days with photos and your order details.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging (box, pouch, tags, certificates, etc.)
- Only regular, non-custom products are eligible
- Natural material variations, minor surface marks, and screen color differences are not considered defects
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized items (e.g., engraved, custom sizes, Neo Imprint orders)
- Special sizes or made-to-order pieces
- Imprint kits (once shipped)
- Pre-orders or sale items
- Items that are worn, used, or not in original condition
Neo Imprint Policy
The Neo Imprint collection is a made-with-you customization service. The production process begins once your kit ships. Due to the nature of this service, the following terms apply:
- Unused kits in original condition can be returned within 14 days
- Within 30 days, you may request a partial refund. A fee of NT$1000 per piece plus shipping will be deducted
- No refunds are available after 30 days
These terms reflect standard practices across custom jewelry brands to ensure fairness and production sustainability.
Imprint Delay Fee
Each imprint is made to order. To maintain material accuracy and production scheduling:
- Molds returned within 6 months of purchase will proceed normally
- Molds returned after 6 months will incur a NT$1000 reactivation fee per piece, invoiced upon receipt
Repairs
We offer repair services for issues arising from normal wear. Please contact us with photos and order details.
- Basic repairs start at NT$800; replating at NT$900
- Repair time: approx. 1–2 months
- Customers cover round-trip shipping
- Repairs aim to restore functionality, not original appearance

退換貨與維修政策
【七日鑑賞期規範】
Fyntage 提供網路購物七日鑑賞期,若您於收到商品後發現非人為瑕疵或出貨錯誤,可於七日內來信申請退換貨。請您於商品簽收日起算七天內,來信至 info@fyntage.com 並附上完整包裝與問題照片,我們將盡快為您處理。
申請退換之商品需符合以下條件:
- 商品未使用、未拆標,且維持原包裝完整(含盒裝、絨布袋、吊牌、證書等)
- 非下列列舉之「不可退換」類型(見下方)
非瑕疵範圍說明:
- 天然原料表面可能存在微小紋理或斑點,屬正常現象
- 金屬氧化或微刮痕為佩戴後自然產生的變化
- 因不同螢幕顯示造成之色差,恕不列入瑕疵範圍
【不可退換貨商品】
以下類型商品恕不接受退換:
- 所有客製化商品(例如客製尺寸戒指、壓印訂單、刻字、特殊規格)
- 特殊戒圍與指定客製訂製商品
- 壓印材料包(Neo Imprint Kit)已寄出者即視為啟動製作流程
- 預購、促銷商品
- 商品本身或包裝不完整(如商品毀損、髒污、包裝配件缺失等)
【紋印記憶系列(Neo Imprint)專屬條款】
Fyntage 的 Neo Imprint 系列屬於「客戶參與製作」(Done-With-You)類型的客製化商品。為確保製作流程品質與公平性,我們針對此系列訂立以下專屬退款規範:
- 未使用且保持原始包裝之材料包(kit),可於訂購日後 14 天內申請退貨
- 若購買後 30 天內決定不進行實體鑄造,我們可辦理部分退款,每件商品將扣除 NT$1000 材料費及原始出貨運費
- 超過 30 天後之訂單恕不接受任何形式退款
即使尚未完成壓印或寄回模印,材料包一經寄出即視為客製服務流程啟動,適用上述規範。
此規範比照國際同類型 DIY 客製化飾品品牌之通用慣例,亦為確保品牌能長期提供高品質個人化服務所需,敬請理解。
延遲製作補差條款
Neo Imprint 系列每件商品皆為獨立客製,需依據壓印模具進行後續製作。我們理解每位顧客完成壓印的時程不同,因此為了保留彈性,也為確保金屬原料價格穩定與製作排程的合理安排,我們訂立以下補差條款:
- 購買日起 6 個月內 寄回之壓印模,將如常進入製作流程,不產生額外費用。
- 每一件超過 6 個月未寄回模印之商品,將酌收 NT$1000 元/件 作為訂單重啟與金屬價格補差費用,費用將於我們收到模印後開立帳單通知。
【維修與售後服務】
若商品於正常配戴中產生問題(如扣環鬆脫、鏈條斷裂等),可申請維修服務。
維修申請方式:
請將商品照片、購買資訊與問題說明寄至 info@fyntage.com,客服團隊將協助您評估處理。
維修須知如下:
- 基本維修費 NT$800 起,重鍍服務 NT$900 起
- 特殊或限量商品之維修,將視結構與損壞程度提供報價
- 維修作業時間約需 1~2 個月(視工坊排單狀況調整)
- 所有維修件需自行負擔來回運費
維修服務僅限將商品恢復至可使用狀態,恕無法保證回復新品原貌。
